The Big Waste Special.
Chefs Bobby Flay, Michael Symon, Anne Burrell and Alex Guarnaschelli were challenged to make a dinner for 100 people using only discarded food. What they found was thousands of pounds of perfectly good food go to waste every day in NYC and in USA in general.
